In-home and In-clinic Mental Health Services
Heritage Clinic provides psychotherapy and other psychological services to meet the special needs and circumstances of older adults, including frail elders.
SERVICES OFFERED
- In-home psychotherapy for frail seniors who are unable to travel to a center/office.
- Psychotherapy in the clinic for older individuals, couples, families, and groups.
- Coordination of care with other service providers and mental health care management.
- Community outreach and referral.
- Psychological assessment and neuropsychological evaluation.
- Psychiatric medication services.
HOURS AVAILABLE
The Center's offices are open Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5:30pm. Appointments are available by arrangement in
clients homes, at The Center for Aging Resources or at community based sites.
WHO MAY PARTICIPATE?
Seniors aged 60 or older and their families.
HOW DO I PAY?
Services are available for low-income seniors, and are funded through the Short-Doyle plan of the county of Los Angeles. Medi-Cal is accepted. Heritage Clinic services are available on a sliding scale basis. Medicare and other insurances are accepted.
